Coach Dan delivers, lovely McKinley Park with the shade trees helping keep us out of the sun, and all the equipment provided. I felt so great after the circuit style workout. Great warm-up and cool down. Just bring your yourself, a great mindset, yoga mat and water. No parking issues at all, I found all free parking every time. Met some new people who enjoy staying fit. Fitness Quest Bootcamp is the place to be if you want to get a great workout, fitness knowledge, nutrition tips, fun people, and tons of motivation. They are attentive to all levels. There's sweating, stretching, breathing and even inspirational quotes to keep in mind. The coaches are so fantastic! I highly recommend this bootcamp to any and everyone. I am a newbie to bootcamps, and at 5'8" and 277 lbs. waaay out of shape, but Coach Dan and Coach Amber are fantastic motivators and great with offering modifications so you can get the benefit of all the exercises no matter what your fitness level may be. They'll make sure you get a great workout without injury. Besides the coaches, everyone is very welcoming and encouraging, especially the folks who have been coming for a while and know how hard it can be to show up three days a week to get your butt kicked. I also enjoy the 15 min of yoga at the end of the workout. You will work hard, but you will feel great afterward!I have had bad experiences with personal trainers at the big corporate gyms, getting injured and never wanting to return. I can't imagine being anywhere else Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays! More...
