I had a great experience working with Amanda as a running coach. I was nervous because my experience running had been very limited, and Amanda made me feel very comfortable and encouraged from the start. Together we created a 15 week training plan as I had the goal of accomplishing a half-marathon. The plan was easy to stick to and not nearly as intimidating as I imagined. I successfully finished my first half marathon and received encouraging texts from Amanda throughout my training and the actual race day. Big Shout Out to COACH AMANDA !!! I have not exercised in many years and my husband Brad, hasn't done anything in almost three years from major back surgeries. We love going with Coach Amanda !! Amanda is just the right amount of serious with the right amount of fun. Things are always changing and I always feel like I'm working new parts of my body when she is training me.
