Husband and wife team, Christopher and Emily Houp, opened a storefront after many years cooking for family and friends and selling fresh made specialty items and fresh baked breads at local farmer’s markets in and around the Tampa Bay area. With a focus on showcasing other local brands, you can find over 25 local makers on the shelves along with many house made goods, specialty items, 130+ local craft beers including five rotating drafts, unique bottled wines, fresh Italian table wines sold by the glass, carafe, or bottled to take home, a large vegan and gluten free selection, and a full deli and pizza menu.

This place is small - but well worth the search! Â Local Beer - check! (there's a whole wall of Florida brews avail. in 6 packs or mix and match) Local Baked goods - check! (they bake some there and carry deliciousness from local bakers) Â Local artisan food - check! (Hummus, salsas, smoked cheeses, Vegan meat substitutes...). Â Owned by a super nice couple who are obviously passionate about good, quality food from carefully chosen sources - this is my new favorite stop before (or instead of) the grocery store. Â There's much more, like deli meats and cheeses, sandwiches made fresh for you (lots of vegan options), tables where you can eat and/or drink wines that they have on tap! Â Go on in and see what you can find!

What a difference the new owners Franco and Mara have made with Casa Della Pasta! We absolutely love this restaurant. The food is authentic Italian. We’ve dined here at least dozen times and have always had great meals.
What makes this a great Italian restaurant:
- homemade pastas
- great wine choices
- fresh, homemade dishes that remind me of those growing up in an Italian family
- little unexpected extras like the heart shaped shortbread cookies in different flavors
- the homemade tiramisu in glass serving bowls.
- the Lavazza coffee
My family is from Italy. I grew up eating Italian food. The food Franco and Mara prepare for their restaurant guests is legit. It’s the reason we eat there on a near regular basis.
In addition to the great food, the new owners are very nice, warm and welcoming. When we go to Casa Della Pasta, it’s like visiting with our Italian relatives for a home cooked meal.

The good:
The staff is probably the most friendly I've ever met.
The food was absolutely delicious.
The atmosphere made me want to stay for hours.
The service was exceptional. The waitress was absolutely on point.
The restaurant was very clean and I saw the staff washing their hands several times.
The bad:
They don't have any locations in South Korea.
They have no ability to deliver internationally.
They have no plans to open any restaurants in South Korea.
I have to live in South Korea until December of this year so I can't eat there again until then.
The skinny:
No joke. If you want a great breakfast with a great experience, go.
They have made a customer for life out of me.

I was gifted to have a friend that had recently married, She referred me to Matt at Top Shelf. I was surprised at the extensive menu they offered and was truely overwhelmed by his staff's expertise and genuine desire to help and keep things flowing correctly. Thank you Matt you made our day perfect.
How much does a Caterer cost?
Your expert caterer will be able to advise you on the most suitable menus and service.
What should I look for when choosing a Caterer?
It is important to know the following before deciding on a catering company:
Event Specialists - Many caterers handle certain types of events on a regular basis, such as weddings and corporate events.
Different cuisines - Caterers might specialise in different kinds of cuisine. Some caterers may provide a fine dining experience while others excel at barbecues that suit company picnics.
Special requirements - If you have special requirements for the food or a specific menu in mind make sure your caterer is happy to meet those requirements.
Venue - Your gathering might be taking place at someone’s home, a venue or outdoors. It can be helpful if your caterer has worked at the venue before.
Tastings - Ask for a tasting to make sure the food is of a high standard. Most caterers will prepare one for you at no charge, allowing you to assess the quality of their cooking before you hire them.
How do I check a Catering Company’s credentials?
You could look for caterers with a foundation degree, higher national diploma or degree in Professional Cookery and Culinary Arts.
Before you choose a caterer, you could read testimonials and see pictures of their food on their website.
You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers, too.
