How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I use a wide range of movement and mindset strategies to create strong and healthy habits that my clients enjoy and want to do.
These can range from progressive strength training, endurance training, functional training, cardio conditioning, cardio based boxing, bodyweight work, mobility and balance work - it all depends on what the clients goals are.
I also include mindset and habit building sessions where we define your goal, make tangible steps on how to move towards it and address any challenges that come up for you.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Your goals may not be just about what your body looks like but also about how you feel in your body. Whichever it is...your mindset is key to how you approach the path to your goals. Consistency is what will get you there faster and learning what works for you, your body and lifestyle is key to keeping the body you want.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing people progress, learn more about themselves and what they are really capable of. What's also really important to me is building a strong connection with the individual and the community I like to create. It's really satisfying to know that I was apart of that :)
