Nat made me feel really comfortable but also showed me I could push myself to limits I didn’t even know I had. He helped me towards my body goals which was to lean down and grow my glutes. I was extremely impressed with my waist when I saw photos from before I started with Nat until now, it had slimmed right down, which I really wanted. But also my glutes had fulled right out and had also lifted, which was amazing! I was so happy with how strong they became too and the weights I can now do compared to when I started.
