How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We at CRV Fitness help our clients achieve their fitness goals through designing them a plan tailored to fit their specific needs. We assist them in making sustainable long-term changes to suit their lifestyle and work with them to ensure that they are enjoying the process every step of the way!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The first secret is knowing that every body is different and that everybody's "dream body" is different. When you block out the self doubt, negative thoughts, urge to compare, and focus just on you, your goals, your progress and how you feel, that's when real changes happen.
What do you love most about your job?
Coach Caitlin: What I love most about my job is meeting new people, having the honor of being a part of their journey and ensuring its a positive part of their journey. During sessions with my clients, I obviously challenge them and make them sweat, but also we have a laugh and sometimes a cry when they need someone to talk to.
Coach Vincent: What I love about my job is seeing my clients achieve their goals and become better versions of themselves, for themselves. I love seeing their progress, not only physically, but mentally too!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Caitlin & Vincent were inspired to come together a create CRV Fitness as they were both working separately as personal trainers previously and thought if they combine their skill set they can work together to help more people and their clients can have the choice of different approaches, male or female and what trainers style they think will best suit their goals.

In addition to in-person training sessions, we also offer online fitness coaching to those outside of our service area or those who are already confident with training but still want someone their to hold them accountable and design their plan.
Our online fitness coaching includes:

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To ensure customer safety, we require clients to reschedule their session if they are sick. We also clean and sanitise our equipment before, between and after sessions.
Personal Training Sessions
We offer 1:1 , 2:1 and 3:1 Personal Training sessions at our home gym/studio (Pakuranga Heights), at Revitalize Gym (154 Harris Road), or we can travel to train you in the comfort of your own home! Choose from 30 min - 1 Hour sessions. Price varies depending on session duration, location and amount of participants.
Online Coaching (Fitness and Nutrition)
We offer online coaching which included a custom meal plan/nutrition coaching as well as a personalised training program.
What you get:
- Access to exclusive members-only app
- Training & Nutrition plan
- Access to CRV E-books (such as our tasty recipe books)
- Weekly check-ins
- 24/7 contact and support from your coach
Price varies depending on paying weekly, monthly or quarterly.
Boot Camp
We offer weekly local boot camps in Pakuranga Heights, East Auckland. Our boot camps are a mixture of cardio, core, body weight and strength training suitable for all fitness levels. You must book your spot in advance!
Where: Pakuranga Heights Primary School (77 Udys Rd)
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm, Saturdays at 8 am
Cost: $15 per person (First session FREE!)
