All services are online. All coaching calls between the client and me are via Zoom or WhatsApp video and can be recorded for the client's benefit.

I worked with Sonya for eight months, utilizing brainspotting and other techniques to address PTSD and overcome a challenging relationship. Unlike other treatments I had previously tried, brainspotting allowed me to reprocess core memories at a much faster rate. As a result, I now feel liberated from those past experiences and confident that they are truly behind me. I appreciated Sonya's knowledge and background in the mental health system, valued her openness to incorporating my spirituality into our sessions, and her acknowledgement that my identity extends beyond my diagnosis. We worked together both in person and online, and both methods have proven to be highly successful.
