What makes a great website?

A website should be able to accomplish one thing: to provide the basic information to the user. The basics, in my opinion, would at least include an informative homepage that explains what the business is and what it does. As well as a contact page, because if a prospect doesn’t know how to reach out, they probably won’t. To take things up a notch, a good website should also include a pricing page, social media buttons, and a good knowledge base. When things are made as easy and user-friendly as possible, everyone wins.

Add Testimonial Videos from Your Best Customers
You can write all the action-packed, exciting sales copy in the world for your website, but in my experience, it’s significantly more powerful to hand over the microphone and showcase your best customers talking about how great your product or service is. I can’t even begin to tell you how many of my content marketing leads decide to reach out because of the multiple different testimonial videos I have on my services page. Showing prospects that your existing customers are willing to put their reputation on the line in order to sing your praises will be a more effective selling mechanism than just about any other feature on your website.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?

(1) Describe your business in a few sentences.
(2) Do you currently have a website? If so, what is/isn’t working for you?
(3) What are your goals for this project?
(4) Who is your target audience?
(5) What specific features do you want on the site?
(6) How can we avoid failure?
(7) Who are your main competitors?
(8) What makes you different from your competitors?
(9) What’s the scope of the project?

What do you love most about your job?

Every job has it's own challenges. But when completed it increases the knowledge base and experience for future projects

What inspired you to start your own business?

Freedom to work on my own terms and the ability to negotiate directly with my clients without board members approvals

Why should our clients choose you?

We have over 15 yrs experience building websites and logos. Our pay per month plans set us apart from our competitors. We don't charge thousands or hundreds for a client to have a website. For only £29.99 a per month for a standard website or £34.99 per month for an E-Commerce website a client will have a bespoke website built, set up and running in less than 5 days. No set up fees, no upfront costs, just a one year agreement which can be renewed on annual basis for as long as the client wants to continue using our services. We also offer an option to buy the website outright in other words transfering the website from our server to another service provider so it can be hosted elsewhere or on a client's server. This option is available to those who want to purchase a lifetime licence instead of a monthly subscription. Depending with the size of the website the price is between £1200 - £1800 to buy the script and move the website from our server. This is not a very cost effective way of owning a website compared to the monthly subscription plans. But, if a client wants to explore this option we are open for negotiations on the price. Upon purchase, we will assist with the transfer and the installation of the website to a different host. Majority of our clients are on monthly plans. However the monthly plan is just a recommendation not a requirement. lt's entirely up to the client to decide on which option to take according to their budget.
