What do you love most about your job?

The best part of the job for us at Zenith Integrity Care Limited is knowing that our clients have received the care they desired and wished for, in the way they wanted. That our clients have been supported in the best possible way. Providing a Person Centred care with excellence and integrity is what drives us, and what we love most about the job.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Beatrice, the manager had the opportunity of caring for her grandfather at the age of 17, this was a great experience. Grandad received the best care with compassion and integrity. Seeing grandad, recover from being frail, reduced food and fluid intake. To being well and happy again, enjoying his meals, made it all worthy. This was my inspiration. Knowing that Grandad had quality care.
Rose has always loved to support and care for other people from an early age, and has worked as a carer both voluntary and paid; prior to embarking on a medical degree, Rose still loves hands on care very much, she loves the interaction with the clients and it gives her so much joy to see their needs met as they would like it to be met.
We both worked in Residential, Nursing Homes, Domiciliary care set ups, so we understand the need for clients to want to live in their own home, we would very much love to be a part of the reason our clients are able to live happily and well in their own home.

Appropriate documentation. Staying abreast of the news and passing vital information to staff members.
