How long have you been in business?
2 years for Zenith Integrity Care LTD but in the care sector we have been working with clients with complex and basic needs for over 30 years, both within the Care Homes, Residential Homes and Domiciliary sectors.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We have an initial in depth assessments with the consent of our clients and their loved ones; this will determine what supplies will be provided, Our clients are at the heart of our care. Equipment and supplies will depend on the needs of our clients.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part of the job for us at Zenith Integrity Care Limited is knowing that our clients have received the care they desired and wished for, in the way they wanted. That our clients have been supported in the best possible way. Providing a Person Centred care with excellence and integrity is what drives us, and what we love most about the job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Beatrice, the manager had the opportunity of caring for her grandfather at the age of 17, this was a great experience. Grandad received the best care with compassion and integrity. Seeing grandad, recover from being frail, reduced food and fluid intake. To being well and happy again, enjoying his meals, made it all worthy. This was my inspiration. Knowing that Grandad had quality care.
Rose has always loved to support and care for other people from an early age, and has worked as a carer both voluntary and paid; prior to embarking on a medical degree, Rose still loves hands on care very much, she loves the interaction with the clients and it gives her so much joy to see their needs met as they would like it to be met.
We both worked in Residential, Nursing Homes, Domiciliary care set ups, so we understand the need for clients to want to live in their own home, we would very much love to be a part of the reason our clients are able to live happily and well in their own home.

As mentioned my grandad received the very best care and at Zenith the care that we provide is measured by the yardstick, ''if this quality care is good for grandad, it is good for our clients'' albeit , in a person centred manner, We would love the clients to know that their needs would be our priority, they would receive care with compassion, kindness, understanding, non judgemental approach, integrity, loyalty and diligence at an affordable price.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Masks, enforcing PPE including various and relevant trainings, government recommended handwashing techniques, Fully vaccinated with an MHRA approved COVID-19 vaccines in the UK, maintaining 2 metres distance when appropriate, staff are not to attend to clients when ill or showing symptoms of a cold or Corona Virus. Appropriate documentation. Staying abreast of the news and passing vital information to staff members.
