I have never felt pain leave my body like I have during restorative yoga/yin yoga. suffering with fibromyalgia means my body is full of constant pain and during these classes I feel it melt away - amazing!

Such a lovely yoga studio, all of the staff are amazing at what they do, they are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. A good variety of classes to choose from and also very handy as it's open from 7:30am to 9pm so can go before or after work.
