Iv been working with tom for 4 month to get me ready for royal marines training in that time iv become the fittest iv ever been and lost 2 stone in the process. I'm the strongest iv ever been and couldn't recommend him more More...

Tom, is a fantastic Pt, I’ve now had Tom for 3 months and I have learnt so much in this time. I am an adaptive athlete which means I struggle doing certain movements. Tom listened to me and we have gradually adapted my training, we started off with basic things and now from not being able to lift or move anything heavy I am now back squatting 75kg x5 for me is a massive achievement plus I’ve lost 1/2 a stone so far with him while trying and he has also set me a calorie diet. Tom is a fantastic Pt and listens to what you want to do and caters to what needs you have. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is interested in a range of things as he knows his stuff and is very reasonable. Ii started with Tom at 17 5 with little gym experience I didn't no where to start. I am 3 month in and have dropped 3 pounds, I feel amazing. He has helped me to lose the weight in an enjoyable way, I have got stronger, gained muscle . We first have a free taster session where we establish goals and make sure they can do exercises optimally. With that information i make a programme tailored towards my client to ensure we reach tjere desired goal with weekly checkins i can see if i need to alter anything to ensure we achieve are goal

You need to work hard get your nutriton in check and train optimally for you, copying someone elses workout will not help you as we are all individuals. I think having accountability is a big thing it keeps you motivated and helps you get through when you may have quit on your own.

I love helping people achieve things they never thought they could. I love getting the best out of people and helping them to feel confident in themselves.

I love fitness and helping people to achieve what is deamed the impossible so working with pts myself who helped me to get the best out of myself inspired me to do it myself for others.

I think clients should choose to work with me because i undertand most peoples situations and feel i can help almost anyone get to there goals.

I make a programme and diet plan for you using google sheets and we will check in once a week with each other, you willnalso have my number so you have 24 hr contact with me, you will have calories to follow and a workout programme to follow with this i will be your accountability taking all the guess work out of it for you
