My name is Tish I have been in the fitness industry for almost 7 years. I am currently the health and fitness manager at Solihull Fitness First. I also design classes for the company and I am one of the regional master trainers. I have a massive passion for fitness and love helping people take them first step into changing their lives.

I help by getting to know my clients. I find out what they like and dislike. It’s more about you.
I make goals realistic. Many people have an idea in their head of what they want to achieve. So making these goal small helps encourage clients to stay motivated and pleased with their progress.

It’s to have fun and not pressure your self into having unrealistic goals. Fitness can be fun. We also need to educate and offer guidance. I myself have gone though a body transformation. This knowledge is better shared with you guys.

I love that I’m helping people change their lives. Even a small win like having the confidence to walk to the shops is enough. We have to celebrate the little wins in our life. To many people worry about things that don’t matter. We need to look past this and need to help encourage people to do the same.

I choose to get back into personal training as this is the most rewarding job I have ever done. Seeing clients that’s have struggled with their mental health, their confidence grow into confident strong people is the best thing ever. It’s great knowing you have helped someone over come problems they have had for years.

With me you don’t just get a trainer you get a friend. Someone that genuinely cares about you. To many personal trainers think about themselves. It’s not about you it’s about your client and their needs.

I am able to offer my sessions either 1-2-1 or online via a video call. I am willing to travel but this usually depends on the distance.
If you have any requirements I am happy to discuss and come up with a solution.

I have made sure all equipment is wiped down and cleaned before each session. We keep our social distance.
If you have any enquiries or special requests we can do them. I also keep a log of who I train for track and trace.

I offer personal training catered to your needs. If it’s loosing weight or getting some confidence these sessions are all about you.
I have the right knowledge and skills to help you to wards your goals. Making little achievements really help encourage and motivate you hitting bigger goals.

I can offer great nutrition advice. If your trying to loose weight, or even gain weight. I can help.
You don’t need no crazy diet to hit your goals. Many people struggle with the idea of eating things on a diet. What if I said you can eat what you like and still loose weight? That’s more realistic don’t you think ?

If your not in the area I can offer 1-2-1 sessions via video call. These arnt boring we have fun along the way.
These session are useful and help you keep a good routine. All from the comfort of your own home.
