Martial Arts Class taught in Practical Wudang Tai Chi Chuan. The school is owned by Sifu Andrew Harris and provides classes throughout the week. Taught in all aspects of the traditional tai chi martial art; classes consist of hand forms, weapons forms, auxiliary and conditioning training, fitness, self-defence, nei kung (internal strength) training.
