By then I struggled to get up from the floor and was out of breath even after a short walk.
We worked with Tanya twice a week and very soon I stared noticing big changes. She showed me better way to move and I am very pleased to say that getting up form the floor and walking is not a problem any more.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We are all different and no one method will work for everyone, this is why I try to combine as many techniques as are appropriate for the individual client.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The effects of our sedentary lifestyles, brought on through modern working practices, social environment or as an, entirely avoidable, consequence of the ageing process, can all be improved or eliminated through a combination of Personal Training, Sports Massage and gentle but effective AIM exercises.
What do you love most about your job?
I love what I do and combine Personal Training with all the techniques I have studied and with my own extensive experience to provide a holistic personalised plan for each of my clients, from the groups of kids ?????I train regularly to the individual sessions for my older clients???????, with whom I have seen some astonishing results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My personal journey. I was in sport all my life and eventually my body could take it any longer. I couldn’t find anyone who could help me so that stared an increíble learning journey that changed the way I look at sport, injuries and coaching. The
