What an amazing space we now have, thanks to the T25 team for designing, reconfiguring our existing conservatory and building our new room. Everyone from the team we dealt with were lovely and really courteous. They all worked really hard to get our room done. Work was started a bit later than planned due to bad weather. The builders worked through some very cold and wet conditions to get everything done. We had a couple of little snags with the build, but everything was resolved and a minor leak after very heavy rain was fixed with no question. I would highly recommend T25 Home Improvements. They have been fantastic building my new extension. They worked extremely hard to get the build done in the timescale, they kept me in the loop with everything, were always on time and kept everywhere tidy and clean. The building work has been done to an exceptional standard and myself and my partner are over the moon with the end result, it has totally transformed our house. WOW. What an amazing company from start to finish. From measuring and quote to installation. We have a 5m x 5m conservatory with a glass roof to be replaced with a tiled roof. The price given was an average of all quotes we had received. Cat was reassuring with any questions we had regarding payment and timings etc Installation: Toby and Matt arrived at 8am on the date agreed and worked hard all day until 7pm. They explained clearly what was happening on each day and when the job was going to be finished. The quality of the work is great and they care about what they do. I contacted T25 from a social media advertisement. They were very responsive to my enquiry and came out to quote within the week. Gary was really helpful and informative and offered to undertake the necessary planning permission checks with my local authority on my behalf (conservation area). The planning process took some time but eventually work was able to start on the conservatory roof replacement in November 2021. There were a few issues on site that caused additional delays but to be fair the guys responded to all my requests and I can't fault their workmanship. Overall very pleased with the work carried out. From Andy who completed the initial survey to Steve and Oliver who completed the roofing work, the customer experience was very good with the quality of workmanship and everything being completed on time. I would highly recommend T25.
