Sam did a single storey rear extension for us late 2022, early 2023. From the start he was clear and open with us about costs and the requirements for the project working through an itemised scheme of works. He worked hard through all weathers to make sure things ran smoothly. Sam immediately brought any issues that did arise to our attention and was always on hand to advise on a course of action.
