What do you love most about your job?
Helping people realise what they are capable of. I love the shock and awe of our clients when they understand that personal limits can be reset and pushed with the correct training.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having raced and competed at Olympic and International Level for many years I just want to share what I have learnt. Some of the greatest coaches in the world have helped me and it is my time to pass it on. I love sharing my passion for health and fitness.
