As a dedicated fitness instructor/personal trainer I endeavour to train clients to the highest degree in order to achieve their goals and assist on their fitness journey. while I personally specialise in strength training, I am more than happy to coach for general health, fitness and cardio.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I start by giving an in-depth interview to analyse their goals, aspirations and any limitations. I then conduct a physical assessment of to see where they are at and how to progress from there. Finally I build a personalised program built around the principles of linear progression to help my clients achieve their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret, simply consistently follow an appropriate program. And make sure your diet is healthy and balanced.

Helping clients achieve their goals and progressing their fitness journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always been interested in health and fitness as a young boy. And my passion has only grown since becoming qualified.

I feel clients should choose me for my expertise in strength training in comparison to my peers, my flexibility for availability and my easy going approach to coaching. Its not about being a drill sergeant, but to help educate and guide clients to becoming the best version of themselves.
