What makes a great website?
There are two parts to a website. The first is the obvious, how the website looks, feels and functions. This is crucial to ensure that all parties that land on your website are inspired, can easily navigate through the site and as a result convert to being a customer. A strong user-journey map is essential for ensuring your website is as smooth and engaging as possible for customers.
In addition to ensuring your website is effective when customers are on your site, it is also crucial to ensure you drive traffic to your site through effective SEO. This is the second and often neglected part of web design that we get right.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
When working with clients, we try to get as much information about your company / business as possible. We will always ask you what your objectives are for each area / page of you
Describe your creative process.
We aim to visualise your creative vision. Depending on the service you opt for with us, we have different processes. However, our first step is always to gain as much information on your company and your objectives / wishes as possible to ensure we deliver on them.
We then provide you with options to choose from, sharing homepages (if websites) for you to feedback on and inform us of your choices. We also conduct monthly reports on all of your marketing efforts with us, so at all times you are aware of what is working well for you and what isn't working as effectively as possible. This enables us to ensure that every resource is well invested at all times.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
As much as possible, to ensure that we fully understand how to position your company.
However the most crucial thing for us, is information on what you have done before, what you have found has worked well / not so well and importantly what you would like to see us deliver for you? The SMART objective of our work is a really good indicator for us, so we can ensure we meet your goals.
What do you love most about your job?
It's very simple, I absolutely love generating results for our clients. A recent client in the healthcare sector worked with us and only spent £1,500 with us, and within three weeks we helped them secure a contract for over £300,000! I absolutely buzz off results like this and helping clients grow their companies.
I also really enjoy working with start-ups and enabling them to live their dreams of running their own companies by delivering on their marketing and getting them customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started a personal training company whilst I was an undergraduate student at Loughborough University, and this gave me my first taste of running my own company. Upon graduation I went into a marketing career to gain experience whilst studying my MSc in Marketing, MBA and then Level 7 CIM qualification. Combining this education and experience well positioned me to start my own company and I really enjoy being able to work with a whole range of companies.
I also really enjoy learning, and do a lot of reading to ensure that we are always at the forefront of new technologies, methodologies and approaches as marketing moves so quickly. This makes the area of work we do very exciting!

Prices for this service start from as little as £250+VAT / month.
Social Media Management
We look after Social Media channels for clients, offering the following services:
- We publish posts through your social media channels and respond to any comments to drum up engagement
- We engage in chats and forums associated with your sector / industry
- We create content for you meaning you can leave your social media entirely to us.
Prices are charged at £50+VAT for the time we spend on your social media channels. This is based on how many platforms you wish for us to manage, how many posts and how much engagement you would like us to have with your customers on those channels. Branding
We can build new brands and / or help you rebrand, including physical packages including logos, headed letters, colour palettes and brand guidelines.
We also appreciate the less tangible side to branding, being associated with generating a meaning and impression of your company. We work with you to ensure your new brand portrays the messages you desire, building a strong brand equity and reputation.
Videography
We offer full videography services, from event videography to promotional videos. Prices start at £500+VAT.
Photography
We offer full photography services from £350+VAT.
