This company is nothing less than shocking.

I ordered a bespoke door and frame that didn't fit correctly because they adjusted the tolerances on the width and not the height, the door handles inside and out and lock positions are in the wrong place, glass not in straight and paint missing from both inside and out.

Oh and when the sun's out the door lock jams so I can't open it! Have to leave the back gate open so I can get in and out of my house which is a major security and safety issue.

It's been one of the most painful experiences of my life. All they say is they'll fix the missing paint with a touch up pen and re-glaze the glass! If you bought a new car and it arrived with missing paint would you accept to have it fixed with a touch up pen? No! You'd expect it in pristine condition!

The icing on the cake is if I want a new door I have to pay for another one! Unbelievable abdication of responsibility on their part.
