What do you love most about your job?
I have been involved in sales, sales management and general management thru to Director through my career and have always enjoyed helping others developing their skills and talents through self discovery, training and coaching. Working with people over a period of time is one of the most enjoyable aspects of my work as you have a chance to see real changes and development in them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The company I worked for previously was a major International Training company. When the business was sold it motivated me to go it alone and it has been the best part of my working life to date.
