With a lifelong passion for cycling and a background in road racing and time trials, I am fully aware of the import role a cycling coach has with their client. As part of the TORQ Performance racing team, I have worked closely with the TORQ Fitness Consultancy to develop training and nutritional strategies for endurance cycling events.

I have had the pleasure of being coached by Mark for 8 weeks now. I have had the biggest jump in power gains within this time that I have ever had during time trailing. Mark is approachable and has a wealth of knowledge and experience that I know will help me achieve my personal goals in time trailing this season.

My main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customised training programme with you that corresponds to your requirements, problems and goals.

Consistency with your diet and training is key to achieving long term results. The onset of training is approximately 3 weeks. This means that after 4 weeks training the effects of the first week will start to show.
However, this is an approximation – some people notice results sooner or later.

I get great satisfaction supporting clients of all abilities reach their fitness goals. Each month I work with clients on specific areas, setting small achievable daily tasks, before moving onto the next phase. Their tailored workouts and nutrition strategy are regularly reviewed and evaluated so they get the most out of every workout. It's very rewarding to see satisfied clients.

As a level 2&3 cycling coach, personal trainer and nutritional advisor recognised by the UK Register of Exercise Professionals. I will personalise a 'goal specific' training programme via the Today's Plan platform for you. Clients can choose the level of support the receive, many prefer the one to one approach and have daily communication with me.

We are all different, therefore we all need an individualised training plan. I can provide both bespoke online solutions from as little as £1.43 per day, and one to one general fitness and weight loss workout sessions to suit clients of any ability. So whether your goal is to start a basic fitness routine or prepare for an Ironman, together we can achieve that target.

Each month we will work on specific areas, setting small achievable daily tasks, before you move onto the next phase. Your tailored workouts and nutrition strategy will be regularly reviewed and evaluated so you get the most out of every workout.
