How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
most important is the roof is waterproof the garage is attached to he existing property normally the main garage door is replaced with either a main new window or door and we’re the services are for drainage
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
The first stage is to make sure the roof is water tight then raising the floor level to match the existing property then remove garage door to brick up to take new window or door install any drainage requirements then first fix plumbing and electrics then insulation to walls witch can be studwork or internal blockwork with celotex insulation and finally plasterboard and plastering and finish off with internal walls for eg toilets or clients choice and then second fix all plumbing and electrics

I’ve been in the building trade since 1990 I am a sole trader and have a building partner with me who is a qualified tradesmen like myself I’ve rarely had to advertise for work because being recommended by other clients I would be willing to show any new clients other work I have carried out previously

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting people seeing their dreams unfold, I personally complete work as I would in my own home, this includes very tidy workmanship and keeping the site tidy at the end of each day many of my clients have complimented how they have been able to cope with the building work due to the tidiness

Through recommendation of one job, just led to another and so on
