By setting achievable goals and educate them about fitness rather than telling them what to do.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to pass on the knowledge to clients and making them to understand how fitness work and on top of all changing people life by changing their physique. It’s a priceless moment
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been doing Personal Training for 10 years and have gained all the experience and knowledge to set up my own Personal Training Business.
