I've used Jay's personal training service in the Gym for the last 12 weeks and have lost 3kg in weight and 13cm in size without any recourse to any additional special dieting. <br />I feel fitter than I have for many years and although I'm now retired I never found that my age was a handicap and I enjoyed all the exercising.
