The first fitter fitted the window very badly. I cannot upload images to really give you the full horror of how awful (could get little finger between window sill and wall, the sealant was inconsistently applied, etc), but the comments from friends who saw the video I uploaded say it all: "F#####g shocking! ! Won’t be using them" "Shocking". It took 5 appointments before another fitter resolved this. The area manager tried to say it was a "miscommunication" - what miscommunication, like I asked for a decent job (you weren't cheap) and you misheard and thought I wanted a rubbish job?! They never even called after the 2nd fitter came round to check that I was now happy. Out of sight, out of mind. Appalling customer service. Gave 2 star as the window itself was okay. More...
