I have over 13 years experience in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry, predominantly working with women who are struggling to achieve their goals.

I specialise in providing a bespoke 1-2-1 service for women who wish to improve their body shape and composition, increase energy levels, make healthier lifestyle choices, and build a positive and healthy relationship with their bodies.

Lesley has really helped me to not only lose weight, but gain massive self confidence. Her coaching is more than just keep fit, it's everything. I've dropped 2 dress sizes working online with her and feel amazing. I love that she understands how the menopause affects your body and changes the needs when it comes to exercise.

Health starts from within, so fuelling the body with a well balanced diet is crucial for a healthy body. BUT, that is not to say that you need to feel deprived or constantly hungry. My goal in my nutrition coaching and recipes is to make healthy food fun and tasty, so you don't feel as though you are going without.
One of my biggest goals is to change your perception... it is NOT a diet! A diet has an end date. Rather we want to achieve manageable and relaistic lifestyle changes that you can EASILY implement into every day.

There is more to achieving your goals than squats and salads. I help each client individually by working more efficiently. This not only reducing the time spent exercising, but maximises the results yielded.
I listen to what you want, what you like and dislike and I create a plan that is bespoke for you. A plan that, if followed, WILL achieve the results you want.
Not only this, but I will work through nutrition and lifestyle changes with you that will accelerate your results.
Finally, I will help you transform your mindset, and make your goals a priority rather than a concern.

There is no secret! It is just doing the right things for the body at the right times for the body!

One thing I would say, is that we have all been babbling on about motivation for a long time, but motivation is an outside influence which really doesn't hold any personal importance to us as individuals. Rather than motivation, we need inspiration... and my mindset activities can help you in finding the right reasons and inspiration to really achieve your goals.

Yes. I can offer online training sessions accompanied by an offline training plan which clients can use at home or in a local gym. During an online consultation I can discuss your accessibility to any equipment, or if you do not have access to any then discuss how we can achieve your goals using your bodyweight and household items.

I transferred 90% of my business online, to avoid contact.
Since restrictions have ended, I have maintained most of the online business. For those training in person, I sanitise everything between each client, wear a face mask if requested and latex gloves which are changed between each training session.
I also where necessary maintain a social distance from clients to avoid unnecessary concern.

Online Personal Training is available to you where ever you are in the world. These training sessions are typically 30 minutes and can be booked on a rolling monthly basis.

The 12 week "M Word" programme offers women from all corners of the globe the opportunity to take back control of their body.
Focusing on nutrition, movement, food and mindset this programme is a must for any woman experiencing the peri to post menopause transition.
