What do you love most about your job?
I am a real people person and I like to meet and network with individuals from all walks of life. I especially like solving complex cases and assisting individual's with their Employment matters which require resolving. I like being a apart of the Legal profession and a Tier 4 Paralegal registered with the PPR Professional Paralegal Register.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my business 10 years ago offering outsourced HR and Training services to SME'S who want to Grow. The business also has an Enterprise element to it which assists Growth for our UK Economy. The Paralegal Dept is a new brand adding Employment Law Consultancy for business and individuals to gain advice around employment matters. During the Pandemic and with a lack of legal aid, it was difficult to access legal services for many in society. The ethos of the Paralegal Dept is that everyone should have access to the law at an affordable price.

Clients stay with myself for a number of years and get a reliable service from a qualified professional. I take a unique approach to solving your workplace issue and give clear advice. I am experienced in a number of industry sectors and have worked my way through the ranks. This enables me to have an in depth understanding and knowledge of workplace issues from different perspectives and to advise by applying the Law.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Meetings have taken place online via suitable secure internet portals and a clear message is posted on our website not to attend the physical office if you or anyone has COVID-19 Symptoms / had contact with someone who has symptoms; a link is also provided to the .GOV.UK website -COVID-19. My job has been to keep everyone safe during COVID-19 by advising Employers what actions to take to be COVID-19 secure.
