Describe your creative process.
Although every project we do is very different the process remains fairly consistent and is largely driven by the initial information provided to us by the client.
Step one: The brief, We look at the brief and speak to the client to get a full idea of what is involved in the project, how long it might take and what tools we will need to proceed.
Step two: sketches examples and references: depending on the project this phase is about providing the client with examples and options for their project before we go ahead and create the final product. at this point it's about making sure we are all on the same page.
Step three: Create the final project. taking all feedback into account we create the final project for approval.
Step Four: Tweaks and checks, we check everything thoroughly and make sure everything is perfect before its sent off to production. This step may also include 3d print tests of physical items.
Step five: We send finals to the client or have the finals manufactured.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We need a detailed description of what they want so we can then take all the information and create everything they need.
Somethings everything isn't available to us and in that case its down to us to know the options the client has. Like if they want custom packaging, the client would only know the size of their product we would take those measurements and create the packaging for that situation.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything about the creative process fill my soul!
I definitely couldn't do any other job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always run my own business, I don't know anything else.

I try and give a personal service and in most cases guide my clients through their project.

Most of my clients are serviced remotely via skype or google hangouts and email.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have been in self isolation pretty much from the beginning however 99% of our interactions have been online.
