I would recommend MBS Construct for any kind of Furniture assembling. I bought a dressing table with mirror and 7 drawers without manual guide. Highly recommend! Robert did what I thought was impossible in one day. We connected around 10am over the phone about a water leak in the bathroom and a broken shower. He investigated the issue quickly, bought fixtures, came back to install it and fix what turned out to be an insulation problem. It’s 4pm and I have no water leak, new shower set and a new bath tap. I had a wardrobe that needed the sliding doors fitted after it was dismantled for painting,unfortunately there was no instructions and I couldn't remember how it fitted back.
I found Roberts details on Bark after the great reviews and messaged him.He called back shortly on the same day and said he could do it on the same day, which was really good.
Robert came, took a look, and fitted it with his nice assistant Maria in under 30 minutes. I also had a bathroom storage shelf to fit and a net curtain to hang up. This shows he does all sorts of jobs.
I'm very happy with the service fast, efficent and reasonable. He was also very accommodating with the time as i had to work a little late.
I would definitely be using his and Maria's services again and passing on his details to my friends and family. Would recommend him.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Be structurally sound.
Have a damp-proof course.
Have wall, floor and loft insulation so it is energy efficient.
Have had all electrics safety tested.
Be moisture proofed, with good ventilation.
Have been fire-proofed and have escape routes.
Most integral garage conversions will usually fall under Permitted Development, meaning planning permission is not required. However, it is still best to check with your local authority. Usualy only 10% of garage conversions will require planning permission.

I started MBS Construct because of my desire to make a difference. I wanted to work with others to help move them forward and make their life easier. I knew that I could offer the perspective, structure, support, guidance for any projects they might think of. This drive to make a difference started MBS Construct, a professional construction company that brought my strengths, experience and skills together to help others and build the future.

Most of our projects start with a free work inspection. It is usually done on site where we meet all customer requirements and inspect the feasibility of the project. However many new projects are repetitive as bathrooms and kitchen work or they are dependant on architectural drawings . With this kind of projects we can always provide estimates based on pictures or planning.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As part of business continuity plan and according to the results of the risk assessments and the epidemiological situation, we developed an action plan to prevent and mitigate COVID-19.
Our workers get tested regularly, wear a face mask at all time and use hand sanitizer provided on site.
