I started Muay Thai as a total beginner and have been able to not just get fit but also learn lots of moves to keep safe on the streets. James and Mark have created a family friend environment where kids as well as individuals who want to compete have equal space to improve and hone their skills in Muay Thai. Great teaching and atmosphere all round. incredibly in depth and alot of knowledge to be shared from both coaches. would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to study the art of 8 limbs, or to keep fit, not only physically but mentally!

My kids recently joined the club and are having a great time. They always sleep well on a Thursday night! I think James and the team have the patience of Saint's and are very encouraging, supportive and enthusiastic. The pack in as much action into the session as possible and the kids all have a blast. My son lacks confidence so I feel this is helping him find his feet and my daughter probably has too much and encourages her to toe the line. Thanks guys for all your hard work! More...
