We were very impressed with MaxLee Homes and would recommend them without a doubt. Originally they were contracted to do a single storey extension and renovation, which included new windows and doors and bathrooms. The windows and doors supplied were all UPVC, aside from the bi-fold which was aluminium, all of which were installed in a timely manner and look fantastic. We were so pleased with the progress we asked them to complete our loft conversion also and that included roof lights, which have opened up the space and turned the loft into a nice liveable area. In the extension we also had a skylight fitted, to allow more light in and that really changes the experience of being in that room from average, to incredible! How long have you been in business?
MaxLee has been in business since 2014. We the directors, Buster & Damon, worked together previously for 4 years prior to starting our own company.
What do you love most about your job?
Construction is our passion, and of course, we love waking up every day with a new construction challenge ahead of us, but what we love most about our job is seeing our clients happy faces throughout and at the end of each project. We aspire to be the best custom builders our client can hope for, and it's when we see those happy faces we know we are!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are Damon and Buster, and we began working together in 2010 for another building company. We established a good friendship, and after four years together we decided to run our own company. The reason we decided to do this, is because we could see how clients were continuously being let down by the building company we worked for. Clients were landed with huge variation costs at the end of their projects, they received poor communication, their jobs were never completed in a timely manner etc. So we decided to put together our skills and set up our own company and made it our mission to provide great service to our clients. We are four years in, and so far so good!

1. Detailed quotations to your specification
(We quote to the specification you want. We do not quote you the 'basic' costs, and then hand you a 'higher spec' bill at the end of the project)

(We employ most of the trades needed to complete general extensions / renovations, therefore you won't have unfamiliar people on site, you'll always have a MaxLee employee in our trusty MaxLee uniform!)
3. A timely project completion
(We only take 2-3 jobs on at a time, to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner for our clients)
4. A quality build with the directors onsite daily making sure your project is being completed as specified.
