What a difference an agent makes Thank you @johnshepherdea sold for over asking price within first week of marketing and completed in 8 weeks I cannot speak highly enough of John Shepherd Sales & Lettings in Shirley. The staff are all lovely and their level of expertise and efficiency is incredible. After three sales fell through with another agent I moved to John shepherd in Shirley to sell.
