I asked Ben to run an audit on our account and the level of detail and recommendations he provided was astonishing, surpassing the audits received from other agencies.

There was zero pressure to use his service following the audit however, after a couple of days, I asked if he would take us on as a client.

A couple of weeks later all recommendations were applied to the account. Our main objective was to reduce our cost per conversion. Tick. We are now on track to having our best month since starting Google Ads 18 months ago.

There is a very personal touch to how Ben manages us as a client, we feel as if we were his only client. We communicate regularly through WhatsApp and answers ever question with a very detailed answer, which is very useful given that I am a novice when it comes to Google Ads.
