A real sense of community and Comradery, your only as good as your fellow bootcamper's :) and they are so encouraging its unreal. ..no judgement here. The sense of achievement and versatility of each session is addictive. If you want a Bootcamp that offers you all the help and support you need to achieve your goals, weather these goals are short term or long term then this is the Bootcamp for you! I’ve tried lots of Bootcamp’s, gyms etc in the past and I’ve not had any luck, results or the support that these guys offer! Credit where it is due the instructors are first class very helpful and highly motivated I can't fault the training sessions every week they are different and really keep me on my toes keep up the good work guys the also I would just like to add that all our members are a great bunch and made me feel very welcome

I have been going to Bootcamp UK sessions for about 18 months now, and I hate missing a session. I am of a small build, but have noticed a change in strength and body shape which I wasn’t getting from the gym. We train in all weathers and I don’t think you can beat the great outdoors. When I first started Bootcamp UK I couldn't even run, just over a year later I do the occasional parkrun and I've also done a few ocr's. It's a great workout that improves your fitness with a great bunch of instructors. More...

Love bootcamp uk! If you're looking for a top quality bootcamp this one is by far the best. Everyone's so friendly, sessions are different which makes going fun. I will never go back to a gym.

Great instructors. Very knowledgeable.

Absolutely amazing! Always been into my sport and have always been an on and off gym go-er! Would sign up and go for a couple of months and then it would start to get boring and and i’d be stuck paying for something I wasn’t using or benefitting from! Bootcamp UK is totally different! Fun, friendly and most of all varied! Every session is different and each each instructor is fantastic! Motivating and pushes everyone to get the best out of each session! It can be daunting going to big group sessions but that’s what makes it fun! So many like minded people all in one place for the same reason! So whether you are super fit or new to fitnesss give Bootcamp UK a try and you will not regret it! I have been a member for 18months now and have used Bootcamp to aid my training for 3 marathons and a 100 mile bike ride and more big events planned! More...

I’ve never been one to enjoy exercise or go to the gym, but this is absolutely terrific! Different every session. total value for money and a really friendly atmosphere, you can see results quickly and the instructors are both positive and great at pushing you forward. 100% recommended.

I’ve tried the gym, several times, but I find it hard to motivate myself, and also I don’t really know what it is I need to be doing to get results. This is so much better than any gym. Being outside with a huge group of people, all with the same goal, all varieties of fitness level, with no body shaming, just full on support from the other members, and from Andy & Tom. They work us hard, and it can be really tough, but they want us to achieve our goals, so they provide varied sessions, and encouragement and motivation, and even when there is 60+ of us out on the field, the guys find time to encourage you as a group and as an individual, they take time to talk to all of us, even if it’s just a quick comment. They motivate you to want to be a stronger, fitter, healthier version of who you are, and if like me, you find yourself paying a gym membership you don’t use, you should definitely give this a go instead - you won’t regret it. 100% recommend this to anyone. I started training with Lou at the parafit boot camp in Winchester and can honestly say how brilliant she is. Every session is different, tough and enjoyable all at the same time, she will certainly help you reach your personal goals with all the brilliant workouts she has in the locker. I started training with Louise at the Parafit Bootcamp in Winchester, the sessions were really varied and really pushed me further than any other of the Winchester fitness bootcamps I had tried previously. Having entered some more endurance focussed events this year, I decided I really need to push through to the next level with my training. I wasn't pushing myself at the gym enough but I was really enjoying and getting results from Louise's relentless energy she gave at the bootcamps so made the decision to speak to Louise about some one to one training to help me train for a big event at the end of the Summer.After a month of weekly sessions, I can really say Louise it one of the most committed PT's I have ever trained with. Every session is completely planned out and varied from week to week. She also thinks quick on her feet to adjust a session if it is required. If I want to focus on something in particular I just need to give her a heads up and she will plan my session around this.The studio is fully equipped to accommodate all strength and cardio needs and lets not forget the spinning and plyo sessions!I cannot rate Louise enough, her sessions are tough but fair. Ok, so obviously this is going to be a positive review, it's my wife after all. But you know, sometimes those closest to us are our biggest critics, and I always offer Louise feedback, 'constructive criticism' but most importantly support. I see what goes on behind the scenes. I sit and lie beside her in the evenings and at bedtime, and I witness first hand the thought and effort that she puts in to every single session she does, whether it's for the Bootcamp, her 1 to 1 PT sessions, her buddy sessions or her classes. Every single time she provides training, it's new and fresh but most importantly it's bespoke. It's not her session, it's yours and she makes sure she takes the time to understand where you are on your fitness journey, where you want to go on that fitness journey and then she will devise the best way to get you to reach and achieve those goals. Starting with a Personal Trainer was quite a big step for me. Not only on a physical level, but also with the time and monetary commitments. Louise was superb with all aspects. She talked me through all aspects of how my training would work - from introductory consultation, pre session briefings and post session follow up notes.I was also able to fit sessions in around my work diary. That flexibility meant I could always ensure I could find time to train.The offer of payment plans also meant buying sessions in bulk could be easily managed.I love training with Louise. I started my PT sessions with Louise after starting to attend the Parafit bootcamp sessions. Louise' s enthusiastic attitude and love for health and fitness made the decision in choosing her as my PT easy. Louise is so great at motivating people and making you feel great about yourself. When I first started the Parafit bootcamp sessions I was a complete beginnier who was very unfit and had a couple of stone to lose in weight. I went to see Louise thinking I was setting an unachievable goal, which I have reached a month early with Louise's help. I never thought I would become someone that enjoyed exercise but Louise has made it so fun and enjoyable I now look forward to it. Louise puts so much effort into each session and really tailors each one to suit you. I do buddy sessions with a friend and Louise adapts the exercises to suit each of us. If you are looking to get some help to get into fitness or looking for some motivation, Louise is definitely the person to help you. More...
