How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Majority of structures are suitable to convert. it depends on what you wish to convert it into.
An architect or structural engineer would be able to provide my clarification on this. As footing and external walls need to be structurally sound to convert, They can also advise whether footings and external walls are suitable for a conversion to proceed.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
This will all be dependant on dimensions. Width and Height.
