I mix the science that is needed to achieve a certain fitness goal, for example going in a caloric deficit if you want to lose weight with the use of boxing and kickboxing training. Going for rounds of hitting the pad is an excellent cardio training. Topped with the use of body weight exercises or Kettlebell training and you're not far to reach that chiseled body you're aiming for!

It all depends on your goals. Would you like to build on muscle? To loose body fat? Are you looking for aesthetics only? or for functionality with your body?

Your training is made to measure. Depending on your goals; This is why, taking some time to define your goals is crucial to know exactly where you want to head to! You rarely go outside your home with no destination in mind... It would be soon very boring and purposeless! Think of that when you think of your training. Train with a goal in mind. It will be easier straight away!

When I see someone getting more confident. When I see someone improving in their movements, but also in their lives; I'm not just a personal trainer. I'm foremost a martial arts instructor. So I have students that I follow for years. Adults, kids, teenagers...And seeing them getting better, not only physically but also in their day to day lives is a real satisfaction for me!
Obviously, when someone manage to reach their goals!

This is a good question! I wanted to be able to teach what I thought was the best mix in my practices. I personally practice traditional martial arts and different kinds of martial arts really. I don't think that one is better than the other, but I think that you should pick the things that suit s you an implement them in your own personal style.
I wanted to grow a community of people interested in the same kind of things. Martial arts, fitness, meeting people from all walks of life, having fun, working hard, seeing people improve...So many inspiring things!

If they're interested in getting their exercise done in a fun and relieving manner. If they're a bit bored with traditional fitness drills ( which can be good and necessary by the way!) If they want to actually learn a skill while their training!
