Lady plumb

Leaving me with so much extra expense ( she was expensive!) and distress is awful! I’m in my 70s and, as she could see, have mobility problems - the crutches were a giveaway!
Left me with:
a new and fully commissioned boiler that didn’t work because she’d turned off the pump. I cannot believe that someone installing a new boiler would leave the pump turned off!! And I had to pay to get it turned on!

a broken ceiling, where she dropped a heavy board that missed my head by a couple of centimetres and left a room covered in filth - she “repaired” the ceiling so well that the plasterer laughed when I asked if he could fix it!

She did offer to get a cleaner to clean the room - at my expense! Thanks,Vikky, I’m a pensioner!

She left the boiler plugged into, through the hole she created by dropping the board, an extension lead in the room below - because she had fused the entire house when she cut into a random wire connected to the point that powered the previous boiler.
Thankfully my electrician friend sorted it out and rewired it next to the boiler. He laughed too!
Her roofer dislodged my neighbour’s chimney pot, so I’m having to pay to have that fixed.

She hid rubbish in my loft, some of which she removed when I completed. My neighbour told me she saw much of it going into the bins outside a block of council flats near.

She left me with an extremely heavy piece of plasterboard, tucked away in the back of my loft. I find it difficult to understand why she would carry up the stairs into my loft! Obviously, that makes it much more difficult for anyone to remove from the house.

Super quick and easy. Vikki was lovely, answered all my questions and fixed the issue on the day despite having to go out to get parts. Highly recommended!
