Makes you feel at ease, takes time to explain issues and helps you to understand how your body is working (or fighting to keep working around the issues it has) - whilst can bring out issues you didn’t know about it has been a great stress-reliever to feel like you’re helping your body work as best it can! I've been training Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Kung Fu with Kathrin for many years and I've been taking part in her Zoom Fitness course for a little over a year. She always surprises me with interesting exercises that she explains and guides very well. She caters to the physical abilities of each individual and adjusts the exercises so that everyone can participate and benefit. So I have always gone to someone who has given me a ‘quick fix’ After meeting Kat I didn’t realise how much of my body I didn’t use! I have been taking a fitness class with her for a few months now and I am totally enthusiastic about the exercises and her knowledge. When instructing an exercise, she always looks at the whole body and can explain why and what you should do and how. She is very responsive to the participants and can always help with questions. In addition, she also shows different levels of difficulty for individual exercises in the course, if possible, which is great.
