King pest control sent there employee Joshua round one of my properties in tooting to get rid of my bed bugs (something 3 other companies had failed to do) They were prompt on arrival and 5 days after they had sprayed the tenant stopped seeing bed bugs just as Joshua had said. very down to earth guys.

I cant speak highly enough of the service and advice I received. Josh came to do a site visit within 30 minutes of my phone call. I had been quoted £300.00 by another company after seeing a rat at my property. King pest control gave me advice and also said that my problem didn't warrant 3 visits to lay poison. Having moved to a new place and encounter a bug problem for the first time I didn't really know what to expect but King Pest Control were very good. On the same day I contacted this company a minute later (literally a minute later) I got a call from Josh saying that he was in the area and could come straight after the job he was doing. That was a very quick service which I was very impressed! The person doing the job was Josh. He explained the process and was very good at breaking down the information for me, I could tell that he new what he was talking about and doing. Josh was very friendly and approachable which for me was quite important as I has lots of question to ask (being petrified of bugs myself!)The first day Josh came on his own but the second time he brought his apprentice- Aaron, which was also very friendly. I used King pest control for mice infestation initially I saw josh who was very reassuring polite and professional. Then yesterday he brought his apprentice Aaron with him who was exactly the same! ! What an excellent company!! Can not recommend them more!! Their prices are really good too!! Work is guaranteed and you see same people which is good!! Also they come when u want them too!! Last night didn't leave till 20.30!! So fit in with your hours not other way round!! Excellent!! More...

If there was a 10* I would choose that! Josh and his colleague were the most conscientious workmen I have come across in a long time and I deal with them regularly while rebuilding a buy to let. They went above and beyond even coming back in between visits to fit a smoke something or another to help me before the final treatment. As a director I saw that clients required a bespoke service for their property to successfully control pest issues within their properties .
