My children have been members for over a year now, and they still love to come to classes. My children’s confidence has improved. They love the structure of the classes, so much so they like to show me how to do a burpee correctly. They are continually trying to be better each time they come to classes. Our son has attended at Kaizen-Do Karate for two years now. We have watched him develop from a shy and introverted 9 year old, to a confident, chatty and more focused 11 year old. Karate has improved his discipline, respect and resilience in both his karate lessons and in school.
