We provide HR services across the employee lifecycle from planning how many employees needed to how to attract, recruit, retain and develop your employees. We are an SME ourselves with a small core team and a large group of associates. We have all worked 'client side' previously in permanent HR roles and pride ourselves on being able to partner with our clients as their HR trusted advisor understanding their business and providing pragmatic business focused solutions.

Good company with amazing services

I genuinely find people and business fascinating. I don't always like everyone but I find people behaviours and the way we tick very interesting and this helps me to be a good HR professional while understanding how to recreate pragmatic solutions for my clients because I am also a business owner.

I love variety and am quite entrepreneurial. I worked in permanent roles for over 20 years and realised my sweet spot was when I was in a situation where I had to create solutions. I am also quite altruistic and believe everyone should have the right to a good career.

So I am the founder of JM-consulting and have a small core team of trusted associates that I have worked with over many years. We have a lot of experience over the whole HR spectrum working with SME's right through to FTSE 100 companies but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We are friendly, pragmatic and approachable and even though I have set up the company in 2007 when I am working with a client in my head I become a member of that company and refer to the company as ' we'

Both. I am based in London but have always travelled and my associates are based everywhere. I have always worked a hybrid model and now that we have the technology of Zoom and Teams and HR systems it makes it very doable. I do however think face to face is always necessary in some situations.

Interesting question. I have created and implemented Covid handbooks & advice for customers for their businesses. I also sit on many HR networks so share knowledge with my colleagues on the latest information.
Personally we observe all Covid best practice in all our working arrangements
