What do you love most about your job?
I love working with a variety of clients across different business types. I am passionate about HR and treating individuals with dignity and respect. HR is such a broad profession where a conversation with a client can cover so many different aspects. No two days are ever the same!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have gained broad, exciting experience over the last 20 years. I have provided expert consulting to a number of different companies over the years and have now decided to run an independent firm. I have been inspired at the prospect of doing a good job and building a great brand.

I’m really easy to work with and will ensure I engage and understand your requirements. The solutions I provide are tailored, simple and pragmatic. I won’t use complicated jargon. I will also aim to move any difficult situations forward with minimal drama. I avoid over-engineering and aim to build long term relationships with clients.
