Pressure salesman! Didn’t like it when we wanted time to decide if we wanted work done, price dropped fro £7,000 to £4,300! I explained my husband cannot make quick decisions as he has had a stroke and I was unwell on day he came but that made no difference to him. Was very nasty when we insisted he leave after 2 hours saying we had wasted his time, we had asked him to leave after he’d been here 30 mins! So glad we got rid of him as we found out 2 days later that they had ripped off a relation charging £1,000 for scaffolding that they did not use, left pipe off which could have resulted in house being flooded!
