I joined Todd's Tai Chi classes when I was looking for a way to keep my energy levels up consistently and trying to avoid burn out. I attended Todd's free trial class, which I thought was a nice way to see if I liked the class first. I could feel the benefits of the session straight after my trial class so I was sure I had found the right thing for me. Todd is a great teacher, he is patient with beginners and will explain things well so you don't feel lost. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
It all depends on the type of programme the client signs up for. Our group classes are designed to reduce stress and give you more energy. Personal training sessions have specific targets that are structured to what the client wants. Each person is unique and the training programme reflects that.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Practice with mindful awareness. By practicing with awareness you have a specific goal in mind and understand that continuous never-ending improvement assists your personal growth so that we can live a happy and healthy life free of stress. As a side effect, you will have more energy, greater flexibility, better balance and increased mobility.
What do you love most about your job?
working with clients is a pleasure and it excites me to see people setting and completing their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realized that the training of today was not looking after people for the long term. The practices that i promote and train people are designed so that you can continue to do the things you love, have more energy and reduce your stress whilst in a safe environment promoting alignment both in body and mind.
