How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Integral garages are usually suitable.
Detached ones usually are if they have a proper roof on and you can get access to utilities.

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
The main thing to look at is the type of roof you have. A lot of modern houses have trussed roof which aren’t suitable. If you have a traditional roof then it’s a lot easier to do one.

My grandad started the business in the 1960’s my dad and uncles started in the 80’s and myself and my brother in the 00’s

Flat roofs come with a 10 year guarantee.
We would always go back to rectify any issues. Our reputation depends on it.
What do you love most about your job?
Job satisfaction for me. Seeing the output of your work is really rewarding.
I love meeting new people and all the challenges that come along with every project. No 2 days are the same.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It’s in my blood! I’ve loved this work since my dad took me to work with him as a child
