Contract Administration
We can attend you project regularly through the works stage to ensure the project remains on programme, deal with any variations that may arise with the contractor and agree and sign of works to staged payments until completion.
Planning Drawings
We can prepare existing and proposed drawings suitable for applications to the local authority. We also offer further services such as working drawings to aid in detailed design at later stages.
Planning Applications
We are able to prepare and submit on behalf of the owner applications to the local authority including house holder, full plans and permitted development applications for certificate of lawfulness.
Party Wall Services
With our knowledge of the proposed scheme we are able to advise, prepare and serve party wall notices on the neighbouring properties resolving party wall matters and keeping the project moving.
