I am delighted to share my review of Daniel and his team who completed an entire renovation job for our 2-bed 2nd floor flat. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Daniel and his team displayed an exceptional level of workmanship, professionalism, and reliability that exceeded our expectations.

The renovation job involved a complete overhaul of the flat, including the removal of all wallpapers, skimming the walls to a smooth finish, and painting the walls in a colour of our choice. In addition, the team removed the French doors to create an open plan kitchen, which was fitted with a new Wren kitchen to perfection. The new floors for the entire flat were installed flawlessly, giving our space a fresh, modern feel.

One of the most impressive parts of the renovation was the complete remodelling of our bathroom into a walk-in wetroom/shower space. The slanted walls posed a significant challenge, but Daniel was able to design the space in a way that maximised the area, and we could not be happier with the result. Throughout the renovation, we had complete control over the products, colour schemes, and materials, and Daniel provided expert advice when we needed it.

One of the standout qualities of Daniel and his team was their reliability. They were consistently on time every day, and we felt comfortable leaving our keys with them while we were away. Daniel kept us up to date on the progress of the renovation via regular progress pictures and videos and was always available via phone or WhatsApp.

Furthermore, Daniel's professionalism was evident in his ability to recommend a trusted colleague for the electrical and boiler replacements we needed, ensuring that the work was completed to a high standard.

Margaret, who runs GDL, did a marvellous job at my mother's house in Barking. Professional throughout, she provided two quotes based upon different aspects of cleaning the house. We opted for a full, deep clean, which included carpet cleaning. Margaret worked solidly over two days, working long hours. The result was fantastic, transforming the interior of the house.
