An excellent workshop today, very well organised in a good location.
Carol went through things very clearly and related positions to the pages in the excellent booklet provided. Clearly understanding her mixed audience and demonstrating her extensive knowledge, she suggested adapting positions where appropriate for attendees with specific problems. Which was both welcome and inclusive. All too often you hear of classes which are one size fits all, not this group. It is based on care, understanding and passing knowledge on to the group so that we can improve our techniques, either in class or individually if we practice at home.
Great value for money, I would consider doing one of these again, as it is always good to refresh on basic techniques. You may have gathered I would highly recommend anyone to come along!

I wasn't able to exercise after 3 1/2 years, I had tore my crutial ligament & damaged my cartridge in my knee & a year later had an operation. Other than another operation I had to give it time to heal & as it was an exercise class that had damaged my knee in the first place I was dubious about exercising again but knew I needed to find an exercise that worked for me. After speaking to Carol on the phone she gave me confidence that this was the right class for me, I haven't looked back & have been going to her classes now for a few months & love them. You can really feel that the classes are targeting the areas you want them to, Carol is very knowledgeable & accomplished & they're great fun too! More...

Love Carol's classes - only been to two so far but have signed up for the next 5 and hope to continue well beyond that.
She's funny and engaging and you really get a brilliant all over conditioning workout - would highly recommend More...

Love this class. Carol is amazing/ funny and a task master all in one! Everyone needs a fitness flow class in their life. It’s a great atmosphere and for us busy / hard working ladies it’s a must on the weekly calendar.

This is one of the best Pilates class I have ever been to, and I have been to a few, Carol is great she knows what she is talking about.

She teaches at Kirkby sports centre 11am on a Friday, Will guarantee you will be hooked. FANTASTIC. Linda.

I attend Pilates every week and love the way that Carol makes the sessions so fun through her music and humour but also really pushes you to work harder than you think is possible. Out of all the classes I’ve attended this is the best, love it. Love the different exercises each week. Love the innovative use of equipment. I love the flow of the sequences. I feel fit, challenged and strong in my abs after the class, even though some of the exercises are tough. Carol gives us different options from beginners to more experienced. Carols Fitness Flow Pilates classes are amazing. Carol has a unique style of teaching, she is very professional but her classes are fun and really enjoyable. I have been attending the classes now for about six weeks and no class in the same, they are all different. We have tried bands, balls and poles and I have loved every class. This class has also shown me actual results. My back and core is much stronger. My overall tone, strength, posture and flexibility is much improved. I have even lost a few pounds. Thank you Carol. I was a complete beginner to Pilates. Didn’t know what to expect. Carole is amazing and talks you through the moves with demonstration as well. The moves are so adaptable so if you have any health issues Carole will advise you throughout the class. Since starting my core strength in particular has dramatically improved. Each week has progression and we have a lot of fun in class. The other ladies are so friendly and it’s such a great way to de stress and make friends. Would highly recommend.
