We provide HR support to businesses with between 1 and 100 employees. Typically this is on a retained basis, with a monthly fee based on the number of employees. An HR support package will include telephone and email advice over such issues as disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancy, absence management, employee appraisal etc. This would also include all template letters and forms. Included in the package are up to three site visits a year. For the smaller business, we will chair disciplinary appeal meetings on behalf of the employer.
For client businesses, we also offer support with recruitment, although there may be an extra fee for this service.
We provide specialist training in HR matters such as Bullying and Harassment awareness, Alcohol Awareness, Effective Recruitment, Management Skills etc.
We write Company Handbooks which contain the statutory regulations relating to employment, as well as including sections on the businesses internal rules.
All services are also available on a "pay as you go" basis.
